User-Centered Innovation Training
We were asked by managers to share our insights and experiences with their organizations in order to create a common language and knowledge base that is the basis for further organizational development for better design and innovation capabilities. Based on our own experience, discussions with executives and professionals, and teaching graduate courses, we put together the framework for this User-Centered Innovation training. We customize the material covered based on specific clients' needs and approach. This is a 30-40 hours training program, but can be customized as shorter versions or subsections.
